Project Description

The 18,000 acre Banning Lewis Ranch is the largest new community project on the Front Range and possibly the nation. Tom served as a lead for AECOM in evaluating framework plan scenarios using a performance-based, data-driven approach. Full framework plan was completed and initial phases moving into development.
