As an extension of the Facility Master Plan, Prince George’s Community College selected AECOM to conduct a study on expanding its main campus in Largo, MD, into a three-campus model.
Tom employed a data-driven, performance-based approach using a custom multi-criteria framework—incorporating 15 metrics across five categories—to evaluate the suitability and priority of new satellite campus locations across Prince George’s County, which encompasses over 270,000 parcels.
Tom served as the technical lead for site screening and assessment and contributed to the selection process while developing an innovative solution and dashboard tool to support decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
